ORDER PRINCIPLES
After placing the order using the decokennel.com website or Facebook the buyer will receive acknowledgement of the order (visualization of the ordered kennel on demand).
The next step is deposit of 50% of the price to an account specified by Decokennel in the acknowledgement of the order.
Once the deposit is recorded, Decokennel will start the production process in accordance with the order. The date of order completion and shipment is a maximum of 20 business days since the date of the deposit record.
Shipping costs are covered by the customer.
50% of the price shall be paid by money transfer before dispatching or by COD. The buyer will receive a receipt or a VAT invoice with the order.
